Frequently Asked Questions
It’s impossible to say without knowing more about your case, but the majority of our patients experience results before their very first treatment completes.
It’s impossible to give you a prognosis without first having a consultation. However, many patients will only need a course of 6 treatments. For others who have a more chronic case 10 to 20 treatments are necessary.
Because the TrapEAZE Technique® is so effective (and is specifically developed for the upper back) most patients will see more rapid progress with being treated only once per week versus being treated multiple times per week with other modalities.
What’s unique about our speciality practice is that most of our patients NEVER need to return back for follow up care once they’ve been discharged. That’s because once their upper back has been rehabilitated we teach effective post care exercises to strengthen the upper body so the muscles never return to an imbalanced state. For others who need a treatment here and there we can often quickly reconcile what’s needed in times of high stress or re-aggravated injury often times.
The patent-pending TrapEAZE Technique® was developed and perfected over a course of over 10 years by Dr. Justin Mandel, DOM AP LAC. It’s a 4-step pain relief system that specifically treats the upper back. What makes it highly unique is that it’s the only upper back specific treatment in existence to date.
The TrapEAZE Technique® excels far beyond conventional treatment for the following 5 compelling reasons:
Lastly, the TrapEAZE Technique was developed by the same mind who invented the world’s first rehabilitation procedure for Overactive Bladder, the Bladder RE-EXPANSION Technique®. Dr. Justin’s work has been extensively reviewed by Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Duke, and top urology hospitals across the United States.
Dr. Justin Mandel, DOM AP LAC graduated from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, which was the #1 school in the USA for acupuncture and herbal medicine. His training was as alternative medicine practitioner that’s been trained to treat the body naturally with all natural highly effective therapies.
He’s a Florida based primary care provider who’s a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture physician. In New York he holds an acupuncture license. He held his first internship back in 1997. To date he has treated or examined well over 10,000 pain patients and he has performed tens of thousands of treatments.
Don’t worry. In case you don’t like needles the TrapEAZE Technique is 100% NON-INVASIVE and he never uses a single acupuncture needle, hypodermic needle, or any other type of needle. With over 10 years spent perfecting it he has found that his hands on approach is consistently far superior versus using acupuncture for upper back pain.
The Center for Upper Back Pain Relief only accepts cash, credit card or check at this time.
No, unlike other pain practices our specialty practice does not work this way. Every patient before they are accepted into our practice always first receives a comprehensive consultation to determine if they are a candidate for our unique treatment method. All patients who are not eligible are referred out to the correct type of healthcare practitioner.
Even though Dr. Justin has a second specialization for a specific urinary condition he exclusively only treats upper back pain at this time.
